This section is meant to morph; it seems to be about geometry now. Here is where I want to show my best b&w. There is something magical about showing a scene in 256 shades of gray…..just ask Ansel Adams. Why? I think the lack of color allows the viewer to see the form and texture of a subject in a more well defined context. Finding something that you missed. If you’re my generation, we grew up with black and white….our ‘Brownies’, our magazines, movies, and TV’s. We have a special connection. It’s the same way Paul Simon saw color in his song ‘Kodachrome’ as a definition of his world in color. Relax…enjoy.
